Selim joined Hyatt hotels in 2000 as a guest services officer at the same property. Subsequently, until his recent promotion, Selim has gained valuable experience in the hotel as well as at Grand Hyatt Dubai in various roles including sales, events and rooms.
Prior to this appointment, Selim was executive assistant manager and director of rooms at Hyatt Regency Dubai & Galleria, recognised for improving guest satisfaction scores and assisting with increasing the hotel’s overall profitability.
In his new role, Selim will administer divisional department activities, develop reviews, updates and implement business strategic planning, including sales, financial performance and services.
He will be responsible for fostering and maintaining positive and supportive relationships with team members, smooth and efficient running of hotel operations and extending brand experience.
