Ithra’ World Centre Builds Bridges Between Saudi Arabia and the World

H.R.H. Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz, president, Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage, praised the cultural role played by The King Abdul Aziz Centre for World Culture (Ithra’).

Ithra’ is considered a destination that cares about heritage and highlights it, in addition to exhibiting cultural aspects using modern techniques.

Aziz confirmed US magazine Time had selected Ithra’ Centre among its premium world's 100 greatest places. He said this constituted a global appreciation of Saudi Arabia's advanced efforts exerted under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to preserve and care for heritage and to highlight Saudi Arabia’s unique cultural depth.

He also stressed that Aramco has selected the centre to host the first exhibition of Roads of Arabia: Archaeological Treasures of Saudi Arabia’ Exhibition
