Vipservice and Travelport Extend Agreement

Hailed as Russia's third largest online travel agency, Vipservice has signed an extended contract with Travelport, ensuring it will continue to access the global distribution system's Travel Commerce Platform.

Commenting on the renewal, Dmitry Gorin, general manger, Vipservice, noted, "We are delighted to be strengthening our relationship with Travelport.

Through its Travel Commerce Platform and unique merchandising capabilities, Travelport provides a great opportunity for our business to grow sales, provide better-quality customer service and give us a heightened online presence."

Travelport provides content from more than 400 airlines, 200 of which now sell their full range of branded fares and ancillaries via the service.

Furthermore, over 650,000 hotels and 36,000 car rental locations are also available.
