Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (Dubai Tourism) has published the first interactive, web-based, manual under the Dubai Sustainable Tourism (DST) initiative.

Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (Dubai Tourism) has launched Dubai Expert, an online training initiative for travel agents.

With the goal to involve companies outside hospitality industry to contribute in developing Dubai’s sustainable tourism, Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (Dubai Tourism) has brought a thematic hospitality sustainability board game to a wider segment within the private sector.

Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (Dubai Tourism) brought together over 200 hospitality professionals in an event at Bollywood Parks Dubai, to share information on the newest offerings and experiences.

Concierges and members of Dubai’s extensive hotel community convened to receive updates on various projects in the pipeline within the emirate and toured the parks and Riverland to ensure comprehensive knowledge of the attractions.

Issam Kazim, CEO, Dubai Corporation for Tourism and Commerce Marketing, commented on the initiative, “Our partners in the emirate are of utmost importance to our efforts to promote Dubai as a destination as we head towards 2020, and their support is truly invaluable.
