Emirates will operate a one-off A380 service to Bahrain on December 15, one day ahead of the country’s 46th Bahrain National Day celebrations.
For the first time in Sri Lanka’s aviation history, Emirates will launch its double-deck Airbus A380 aircraft on a one-off flight to Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) on August 14.
On July 01, Emirates operated its inaugural Airbus A380 flight from Dubai International to Nice Côte d'Azur International Airport, replacing the Boeing 777-300ER previously used on the route and bringing the total number of global destinations served by the iconic double- decker to 47.

Emirates has announced the triple deployment of Airbus A380s, launched on the same day on itineraries from Dubai International to Tokyo Narita International Airport, Casablanca and São Paulo.
