DMCA Customer Initiative Scored Success

Dubai Maritime City Authority’s (DMCA) initiative Shorkum, launched earlier this year in a bid to enhance customers’ satisfaction, experienced great success in meeting the emerging demands of the customers.


Through interactive communication channels, the campaign enabled DMCA’s clients to share their ideas and suggestions, which the authority considered for continuous development of the services in line with the customers’ needs.


Amer Ali, executive director, DMCA, said, “As part of its continuous efforts to develop innovative approaches and improve the maritime services in line with the aspirations of maritime stakeholders, DMCA replied immediately to the feedback, suggestions and queries received in line with the directives of the wise leadership to work harder and improve the quality of government services […].”
