Ajman Tourism Development Department (ATDD) delegates visited six German cities over four days to promote the emirate with the overall aim of increasing the number of visitors by 20 percent in 2017.

Representatives from ATDD met with local tour operators, including FTI Group, to discuss special deals, strengthen partnerships and showcase the destination’s unique selling points and rich offerings.

With around 40 percent of Ajman’s 70,000 European visitors in the first half of the year hailing from Germany, the country represents an important market which ATDD hopes to gain a bigger share of.
