Ajman Aims to Boost UK Arrivals

Ajman Tourism Development Department (ATDD) has revealed details of its new marketing strategy for the upcoming World Travel Market (WTM), with the main aim to attract 20 percent more visitors from the UK.

During the three-day event in London, the delegation will showcase the emirate’s finest hotels, resorts and cultural attractions.

The destination website will be also highly publicised to generate traffic, and to highlight Ajman’s heritage a museum will be set up with an artist offering henna paintings to attendees.

According to H.E. Faisal Al Nuaimi, general manager, ATDD, the organisation is determined to further strengthen relationships with major tour operators and establish a wider network in order to achieve the emirate’s ambitious target in line with Ajman Vision 2021.
