The Summit, which is set to welcome approximately 500 participants from 80 countries, is described as a unique opportunity to showcase Abu Dhabi to the world. Mohammad Al Bulooki, executive vice president, commercial, Etihad Airways, remarked, “Abu Dhabi is quickly establishing itself as a vibrant hub for the arts and culture. Etihad Airways is honoured to play a role in bringing the world together for this inspiring event.”
CultureSummit convenes leaders from the industries of the arts, media, public policy, and technology to identify ways that culture can raise awareness, build bridges and promote positive change. This year’s summit will be held at Manarat Al Saadiyat from April 08 – 12.
Boasting the theme Unexpected Collaborations: Forging New Connections Between Heritage and Innovation, Near and Far, Creativity and Purpose, the programme is set to consist of workshops, presentations, and performances by leading industry and culture figures from the UAE and across the globe.
