Oman Air Launches New Call Centre

Oman Air welcomed the opening of its new call centre in Kuala Lumpur, on November 02, beside the current one operating in Oman and the recently launched centre in India.

The newly opened call centre, which will be managed by experts Interglobe Technologies, will provide support in Thai, Malay, Bahasa, Tagalog and Chinese eight hours a day, seven days a week.

It will also offers support in English 24 hours a day, on a daily basis. The call centre will serve customers from around the world and will be staffed by a professional team, all of whom will offer help and advice.
