In response to high demand for better connections between Muscat International Airport and Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Oman Air launched a third daily flight on the route on August 01.

Due to the time of the itinerary, which will enable passengers to depart Oman in the evening and arrive at the destination in the early morning, the new service is expected to be especially popular among business travellers.

Commenting on the expansion, Abdulrahman Al-Busaidy, chief commercial officer, Oman Air, revealed, “India is a key destination for Oman Air and the demand for all 11 of our Indian destinations has always been high. Increased frequencies offer yet more choice and convenience to our guests [...].”
