Aiming to boost seat capacity to and from Russia, Emirates has unveiled plans to deploy an Airbus A380 aircraft for its two daily flights between Dubai International and Moscow Domodedovo Airport, effective from October 01.

Demonstrating the carrier’s commitment to the Russian market and further supporting tourism and trade links between the carrier’s network and Russia, the upgauge will see an increase of over 1,000 seats per week.

Emirates has also made amends to its winter schedule to and from Saint Petersburg, adjusting flight times for more seamless connections to many of its destinations including  the Maldives, Thailand and Sri Lanka with just a short stop in Dubai.
