In a bid to expand its network in southeastern Europe, Emirates unveiled plans to add a new route from Dubai International to Zagreb’s Franjo Tuđman Airport, effective from June 01.

Passengers will be able to enjoy the airline’s bespoke service on board the three-class Boeing 777-300ER.

Marking the airlines 39th destination in Europe, the itinerary is expected to boost the growing tourism demand for Croatia from around the Emirates network, especially the Middle East and Asia Pacific, while also creating new job opportunities.

To further facilitate trade and commerce with Croatia the airline will operate daily cargo services including SkyPharma and SkyFresh.
