Rakjet: In-house Aircraft Management Is Damaging

According to newly-launched aviation expert Rakjet, the losses of private aircraft owners in the GCC countries who opted for in-house aircraft management exceeded USD45 million in 2015.

Private jet ownership comes with huge financial, administrative and regulatory compliance issues, and choosing the wrong management company or opting for in-house handling may cost the proprietors three to four times more than they need to pay, stated Zaher Deir, managing director, Rakjet.

Hugh Courtenay, founder, Rakjet, added, “[We have] an operational reach that extends around the globe which will allow us to take care of all our clients’ private jet requirements, no matter their operations or destination.”
