Beirut – Rafic Hariri Airport Increases Cargo

Beirut – Rafic Hariri International Airport released its operational results showing an increase of seven percent in passenger numbers and a 28 percent rise in cargo for November 2017, compared to the same month in 2016.

The traffic detailed highlights include 592,782 passengers in number and 8,185 tonnes in cargo. Freight frequency reached 8,119 tonnes, with an increase of 28 percent while mail recorded a 60 percent increase with 65 tonnes.
Overall, aircraft movements stood at 5,450, with an increase of 0.5 percent.
