I started working in the tourism industry in 1984, after being a student of the faculty of foreign languages at the university.

At that time I was a part-time English speaking guide at Intourist in Khabarovsk.

The knowledge of tourist products, quality of service as well as the ability to listen and understand clients’ wishes and expectations.

I think it is good to visit St Petersburg, a historical city, and Russian Far East with its beautiful nature.
