The second Hozpitality Chef Excellence Awards ceremony took place on June 12 at Rixos Premium Dubai.
The award aimed to recognise top industry culinary chefs. The event was supported by the Emirates Culinary Guild and ICCA Dubai. The judges for the awards were prominent hospitality professionals, and these champions were invaluable in judging the young chefs fairly.
The Two Seasons Hotel head F&B artist has won one of the most valuable title of the ceremony. The chef is known for his amazing carvings and food sculptures mostly displayed in La Terrasse Restaurant of the hotel.
Freddy Farid, managing director, Two Seasons Hotel Company, expressed his happiness over the victory of Chef Kekulandara and congratulated him for his amazing achievement.
