TIME Hotels to Strengthen CSR Plans

TIME Hotels, is to strengthen the positive impact it is making on local and regional communities through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

TIME Hotels partnered with an Egyptian Children’s Cancer Hospital as part of a year-long charity initiative to raise funds for the treatment of sick children, covering the cost of examinations, tests, scans and medicine.  Additionally, the hotel’s marine conservation programme, in collaboration with the Emirates Wildlife Society (EWS), will help facilitate two key projects: The Gulf Green Turtle Project and The Marine Protected Areas.

Other plans for the year ahead include a Ramadan Iftar, a walk to raise awareness for breast cancer, a community clean-up campaign, in addition to a food and safety hygiene awareness day and a blood donation day.  “We don’t want to just put a smile on somebody’s face today, we want a more substantial and longer-lasting influence, than that,” noted Mohamed Awadalla, CEO, TIME Hotels.
