Mondrian Doha to Expand Qatar’s Dining Offering

Spearheaded by its executive chef, Simon John Winchester, Mondrian Doha is planning to redefine Qatar’s food and beverage offering with the introduction of eight culinary concepts in its premises.

These include international brands such as CUT and Morimoto as well as Walima, Hudson Tavern, Black Orchid, and Rise. In addition, the much loved Magnolia Bakery will also find a home at the resort.
