Four-star Hotel in Shrorah Receives USD5.3 million

Saudi Commission for Tourism & National Heritage (SCTH) recently submitted a proposal to the Kingdom's Ministry of Finance to fund a four-star hotel in Najran, at a cost of SAR20 million (USD5.3 million).

The project falls under the ministry's objectives to grant a total of SAR3 billion (USD800 million) as interest-free loans to investors in hotels and tourist enterprises in cities or provinces with least developed elements of attractions and a population of less than one million, or in entirely new touristic destinations, as Hamad bin Mohammad Al Semail, vice president, investment and tourism development, SCTH, explained.
